    Luwak rasa lebih body kuat. Asam", kecut mid. Sweet low. V60 kurang nyaman. Enakkan di espresso base. Gesha kykx sgala medan, rasanya clean dan smooth

    15 gr Coffee, fine to coarse grind size. 93°C, 225 Cc Water. 0.00 => 25 Cc. 0.25 => 50 Cc. 0.50 => 225 Cc (do the Rao's spin). 2.00 => end.

    Too much missing information! I.e. Add 60 grams of water to aeropress extraction. Add ice to a water bottle, add 30 grams of sugar, and the entire liquid mixture. Shake vigorously until desired consistency! Just a guess!

    knp kopi luwak mahal , sebenernya bkn hanya soal di aroma dan rasa , tp lebih ke proses yg membuat kopi luwak mehol. kayak misalnya jenis kopi lain itu mudah untuk diproduksi secara masal/dalam jumlah banyak , tinggal bagaimana si petani kopi. tp untuk luwak jelas berbeda. tdk hanya bergantung sama petani kopi , tp juga ada binatang yg berperan memproses terjadinya biji kopi luwak , disitulah nilai dan keistimewaanya. jd kenapa kopi luwak mahal? ya krn tdk bs diproses secara masal , istilahnya barang langka. ya kayak jamur turfle , saya pernah nyoba dan rasanya gk seistimewa harganya , banyak jamur yg lebih murah dan banyak dipasaran , tp knp turfle mahal? ya itu tadi , krn langka , dan tdk mudah menemukan jamur turfle

      Kalau begitu ternak saja luwak nya sampai 10ekor biarkan beranak Pinak agar makin banyak, biar memperdusi kohe kopi nya 5kg perhari 😂😂

      ​@@djdipo8810 lah kan emang skrg begini... Luwaknya udah pada dikandangin skrg. Mgkn ini jg yg jadi menurunkan rasa kopi luwak, karena luwaknya makannya cuma monoton kopi doank, fermentasi di perutnya jadi rasa tunggal.. kalik..

    Have you experienced a stall with Ethiopian coffee? I see that you are setting the grinder to 23 which is on the courser side of the medium range. Any trouble with fine or medium-fine settings?

      Double grind gives a better yield for medium grind if your grinder is cheap and lacking in consistency of results.

    Kadang suhu dingin buat kopi jadi lebih manis, dibanding sikap dia yg dingin malah kelihatan sinis. ☕️

    Been brewing light roasted coffee with low temperature (82-85°C) for quite some times, and it is true the coffee that is produced tend to have a sweeter taste. However, “to me”, that is just a watery (Le-Minerale) like sweetness. I found that brewing light roasted coffee with almost hitting boiling temp has given me better extraction and taste on my cup, which is much more suitable to my preference. No matter what temperature you use, hope u can find ur best cup of coffee. TIME!!! 🙋🏽‍♂️
